The weather calls for walking barefoot, doesn’t it? Basking in those open-toed sandals, be it men, women or kids, we all love taking a walk in this warm and breezy weather.
But, now that our feet are on display, it might be time to address a problem that a lot of us suffer from – peeling feet.
Though one of the prime reasons for peeling feet is that we are on our toes all the time, constantly pounding and walking, there are few other reasons too that you must look into.

Fungal infections:

The most common reason for peeling feet might be a fungal skin infection, although you may not realize it. If your skin is peeling without an identifiable reason, get it checked and use one of the best topical creams for fungal skin infections like Ring-Out, for better and faster results.
A delay in treating peeling feet can cause the infection to reach the toes, and that is quite time-taking to get rid of.

Sweaty exercise routine:

Excess perspiration and moist environments are a playground for bacteria and fungi to grow in such as the skin folds of toes, which leads to the peeling. Disinfect anything that you walk on – mats, carpets, shoes, etc., regularly, and keep your skin as dry as possible at all times.
Dehydration: Lack of water in the body not only makes you tired and decreases your metabolism, it can cause your feet to peel too. Make sure to not go overboard with fluids when you see your skin peeling, but stick to a healthy diet.

If it’s a fungal infection of the skin, follow the precautions and apply Ring-Out. If left untreated, fungal infections can be very painful to deal with in the long run.
